What type of research do you do?

Our research varies from surveys, online discussion forums or one-on-one sessions or interviews with a researcher. Most activities for Console Lab can be conducted from the comfort of your own computer or mobile anywhere.

If I sign up, will you send me spam or sell my information to other companies?

Not a chance. All the information you provide is kept confidential in accordance with Console's privacy policy. We only use it to help us find suitable participants for our research studies.

We — or an outside agency working on our behalf, in accordance with our privacy policy — will only contact you if we want to invite you to participate in a study or need to clarify the information you provided.

How often will you contact me?

The information you give us will be used to match you with suitable research studies. Depending on the criteria, you could be chosen to participate in a range of different studies.

I've signed up but no longer wish to be a part of the group. How do I unsubscribe?

If you no longer wish to participate in Console Lab, no worries. Just email us at research@console.com.au and we can remove you from future invitations.

Do I need to be a Console customer to sign up?

No. Our research includes people who don’t currently use our products, so as long as you currently work in Property management, you are eligible to sign up.

What's the time commitment?

Anywhere between:

5-10 minutes (such as for short surveys);
up to 1 hour for one-on-one interviews or test sessions with a Console researcher (usually at your office or home during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm); or
a longer online discussion forum that may go on for a couple of weeks.

Each invitation will explain your involvement.

What will you do with my personal information?

All data will be stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The information you provide will only be used to match you with suitable research studies and won't be shared or sold to external parties.

Do I have obligations when participating?

Yes, everything we discuss is confidential. To help with this, we will need you to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) promising you will hold in confidence any new ideas, products and features you may see when participating in studies.
